Housing options

There are various options to getting housing in West Campus. One of these options is the pre-leasing contract. This is where property owners rent out a housing development to tenants before the development is constructed. Compared to other methods of acquiring housing such as leasing and buying, pre-leasing has the advantage of securing housing for the tenant way in advance. Pre-leased developments are also much newer, in most cases.

The architecture of West Campus is dynamic with a rich collection of Condominiums and apartments interspersed with bungalows, some of these dating as far back as the 1970s. With the rapid increase in the need for housing, several real estate firms that specialize in the West Campus area have come up to meet this need.
These firms also offer pre-lease contracts on new developments such as the 21Pearl West Campus Apartments; a development of 136 apartments, six-story high and with more than40 floor plans.
